1. Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Doctoberto reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion. Guests must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee all bookings. Payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise stated. Certain rates or promotions may require full prepayment at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges. In case of late cancellation or no-show, one night’s stay may be charged. Non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect hotel property and fellow guests. Any damages caused may result in additional charges. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.

7. Liability
Doctoberto is not liable for loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, unless caused by proven negligence on our part. We recommend securing personal travel insurance for added protection.
